Mzulungile Cyril Nabhu is a highly talented artist, born in the year 1985 in kwaJali, KwaZulu Natal. He is known for his remarkable ability to capture the essence of everyday life and social realities with great skill through his art. Nabhu’s passion for art led him to enroll at Esayidi TVET College in 2019, where he honed his skills and subsequently earned a diploma in Fine Arts from Durban University of Technology. And is fortunate to have Andries Botha as his mentor at Trailersol studio.
Nabhu’s talent has been recognized and appreciated through various prestigious Art exhibitions and competitions. He was a finalist in the Sasol New Art Signature Competition in 2022, where he showcased his exceptional skills and creativity. In 2023, Nabhu was part of the Ikhono Lodumo group exhibition held at the KZNSA Gallery, where his art was displayed alongside other talented artists. His art continues to inspire and captivate audiences with its unique blend of creativity and social commentary. His preferred medium is Indian ink and also acrylics
